Buster Mantis focuses on Jamaican food and drink, because it is what we know best.
We buy the majority of our ingredients locally, and our menu changes regularly based on what we see and like that week. You will always be able to get things like jerk, ackee and saltfish and curry though. If anything, just give us a shout to find out what we've got on that day.
Our cocktail list tends to revolve around rum, and we specialise in local beers, on keg and in bottle, from small independents similar to ourselves. Oh, and Red Stripe, obviously.
